Activity 4 - Multiple Perspective

Stakeholder -

A person, group or organisation that has interest in our company and can affect or be effected by the business of that company directly or indirectly.

Stakeholder Mapping -

The visual process of laying out all stakeholders of a product; project or idea on one map. the main benefit of a stakeholder map is to get a visual representation of all the people who can influence your project and how they are connected.

Activity -

The activity had 2 parts -

For the first part we were required us to observe how people are affected by things at different levels of consumption, so we were asked to point out stakeholders in the activity from the image given to us. then we had to create a stakeholder map for the listed stakeholders.

For the second part we had to choose one stakeholder, think of a problem that they may face and find two possible solutions to it.

Group Work -

For this activity I think our group had great coordination but we could have presented our work in a better way. We used 5 slides to show the tables whereas we should have used lesser slides.
